What began as a hobby has grown into a defining part of life - and today, the main activity of the Tvaliashvili family. Their winery is located in the village of Khashmi, where they produce wine from estate-grown grapes, with vineyards planted in 2018.

The defining feature of their Khashmi Saperavi is its vibrant, pronounced acidity - one of the key characteristics of the microzone. The terroir is clearly expressed, further shaped by the winery’s philosophy. The wine is crafted following natural winemaking principles, with minimal intervention and the use of wild yeasts.

Behind Orilo stands a family that turned a long-held dream into a successful and quality-driven wine brand. At the heart of it lies a vineyard with over 70 years of history.

An elegant and refined six-year-aged Saperavi with strong potential for further development. The wine shows a rich and complex aromatic profile, supported by velvety tannins and a well-defined acidity that remains fresh despite its age. Full-bodied and layered, it feels complete and harmonious, with aromas on the nose and palate beautifully aligned.
